Game Contributions

ERPG is meant to be a collaborative writing environment built off the contributions of our members. We have only laid out the bare basics for our community as simple tools for you to use and help guide you to create. Our goal is to inspire and allow as much creativity as possible; we do not wish to limit the things you decide to contribute, unless of course what you are trying to do is unfair to the entire community.

In short we encourage everyone to contribute their ideas! Bring life to the wild whims of your brain.

Some Ideas

Want to be more involved but you're not sure where to start? Maybe consider something like the following:

  1. Get involved with the Game Wiki! It is a fantastic way of getting involved with the world and your characters. We highly encourage the production of stories as those are always fun to read. If you feel a type of wiki category would be suitable to add suggest it.

  2. Stimulate the economy and put gold to use. Maybe start a business of protection for gold?

  3. Create, collect, sell, or steal items.

  4. Initiate or join groups. Groups (herds, factions, religions, families, etc.) are not bound to one or the other. In fact most groups will allow their members to be apart of other groups. Get your character(s) involved socially.

  5. Oppose another character who is in a position of power. Kick that hornets nest, start that war, drama drama!

  6. If you're character does not take kindly to being "put in their place" but thats what just happened, be realistic. Would they start a fight? Would they try to kill their oppenent? Do it. Give it a shot. Have fun with it.

Unsure About Something?

If you think something you are trying to do is possibly out of your "can do" range you can ask the team for approval/overview in the Maintenance & Help board.

Denying members of their wishes is not something we aim to do but if you are denied its likely something out of the scope of one individual character, we might just suggest that your character rallies others into the scheme to make it more realistic.
