In Character Groups

Groups go by many different names (herds, factions, etc.) but not all are strictly based on leadership. Some groups are of religious beliefs while others are made of family with or without blood ties. In this board you will likely find a collection of different types and one just might suite your characters traits perfectly.

Notice(s):
  • Use the appropriate thread prefix when dictating if it is an open or closed (private) joining group.
  • To add a character to a group directory reply to the thread with that characters account and change the post subject to their rank!
  • Private () groups have their own rules when it comes to applying/joining while public () indicate that joining is a free for all (ranks however may not be). Read the entry to learn about any restrictions.
  • This allows for creation from the wiki account only (for the purposes of all our automated systems).

  • All entries are open to additions or grammatical fixing. Do not remove documentation (any bits of information) you did not personally create.

Bands

Often bands are smaller groups of souls that have gathered together for an individual purpose. It could be a herd, faction, religious sector, army, business, or something entirely different. These congregations of individuals under certain ideoligies can be created by anyone with any purpose, rules, regulations, etc. that they desire. There are no requirements, activity or other, in order to keep a band up and available.

Groups are a bit different than bands. Once a band grows large enough in power and number they have the option to become a group. Which, in simple terms, is a band that has been recognized and given favor to by Essentia Mortis. Being a part of a group can come with benefits and perks but in order to keep a group within the favor of Essentia the group must have a fairly active member base alongside some type of impression amongst the afterlife.
