Prelude

Anemone lineage dates back centuries but their true story lies with the original immortal siblings. Through tales, the actual story has been falsified by misconstrued information meant to empower those in the family. The true story is filled with bloodshed, tears, black magic, and an abundance of death. These beings were not exactly beautiful; they were wicked souls that later attempted to right their wrongs. Making the choice to wipe the truth from this plane to start anew as there were none left to attest such. Each member of the originals lived their own lives after being separated shortly following the massacre. They told their own versions of their story to their descendants. And those descendants continued story variations of the ‘glorious’ legendary family they hail from.

Across the globe, the Anemone lineage continues to grow but many of these beings will never meet a good majority of their family due to massive gaps in time, portals, and other magical barriers. However, this particular story only details the origination of this lineage, the siblings’ overview, and nothing further. For individual histories on descendants, you will need to seek this information from the writer(s).

Age of Gods

The start of Anemones is ancient history. Fathers and mothers pushing on through life one step at a time until just one of them found a foul magic. With this magic he grew powerful. But alas, there is always a price to pay for such a thing.

Mortusina sold her soul to a figure from the shadows. Promising him life for permanent power in her lineage. They continued to sacrifice and slaughter in silence to appease the shadow, maintaining their role of power with worship from their village and locals.
